Duration of Course:
- 5 Days For FACILITIES MANAGEMENT FOUNDATION LEVEL
- Theoretical & Practical Training as the following:
- 3 days on an introduction to Facilities Management
- Half day as an introduction to Team Leading
- 1 day aimed at tailoring the Customer Experience
- Half day as an exam or test to establish what has been learned and retained throughout the course. This will identify candidates for further training.
