Summary:
3FOLD Education Centre’s CQI IRCA Certified OHSMS Lead Auditor Course with ISO 45001 Course Online is a comprehensive 5 days training program delivered continuously or weekends or in evening blocks. The aim of this course is to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills required to perform first, second and third-party audits of occupational health and safety management systems against ISO 45001 Certification Online, in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021, as applicable.
Delegates who complete this CQI and IRCA Certified ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor (OHSMS) Training course (within the five years prior to applying to become a certified auditor) would be satisfied with the training requirements for initial certification as an IRCA OHSMS auditor.
Learning Objectives:
1. Explain the purpose of OHSMS standards, audit, third-party certification, and the business benefits of improved performance of the occupational health and safety management system. 2. Explain the role of an auditor to plan, conduct, report, and follow up on an occupational health and safety management system audit. 3. Plan, conduct, report, and follow-up an audit of an OHSMS to establish conformity or otherwise with ISO 45001 Course Online, and in accordance with ISO 19011.
Teaching and Learning Methodology:
A combination of lectures, discussions, exercises, and cooperative learning will be used. Active learning will focus on discussions based on case studies and scenarios related to the application of OHSMS 1st party, 2nd party, and 3rd party audit. Throughout the course, delegates will be engaged in several individual and group activities that are assessed through continuous delegate evaluation. Finally, a summative comprehensive assessment at the end of the course will determine the comprehension subject matter. Delegates must pass both continuous evaluation and final assessment to receive the certificate of achievement.
