1. Award of certificates
A GIPMD certificate is awarded when a participant completes the program, meets the minimum attendance requirement (normally 80% of contact hours) and passes any required assessment.
2. Certificate information
Each certificate shows the holder's full name, program title, completion date and a unique certificate ID.
3. Online verification
Any third party holding a certificate ID can confirm its authenticity on the GIPMD Verify page. Only the minimum information needed to confirm the credential is displayed.
4. Replacement and correction
Lost or damaged certificates can be replaced on request. Errors caused by GIPMD are corrected free of charge.
5. Integrity and withdrawal
GIPMD may withdraw or refuse to issue a certificate where it was obtained through cheating, impersonation, misrepresentation or forgery. Suspected fraudulent certificates should be reported to [email protected].
6. Appeals
Participants may appeal an assessment or certification decision in writing within 30 days. Appeals are reviewed by a person who was not involved in the original decision.
