1. Public and online courses
- 14 or more days before the start date: full refund or free transfer to another date or course.
- 7 to 13 days before the start date: 50% refund, or a free transfer to a future date within 6 months.
- Less than 7 days before the start date, or no-show: no refund; one transfer may be offered at our discretion.
2. Substitutions
You may send a colleague in your place at no extra charge, provided you notify us before the course begins.
3. Self-paced and digital content
Once access to digital materials or self-paced content has been granted, fees are non-refundable unless the content is defective or not as described.
4. In-house training
Cancellation terms for in-house programs are set out in the individual proposal or contract.
5. Membership
Membership application fees are non-refundable once an application has been reviewed. Certificate fees are refundable if the certificate has not yet been issued.
6. Changes by GIPMD
If we cancel or reschedule a course, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another date. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs you incur, so we recommend booking refundable arrangements.
7. How to request a refund
Send your request in writing to [email protected] with your name, course and booking details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
