GIPMD provides professional training, assessment, certification, membership and related information services. Course descriptions, schedules and fees may change, and we may modify or discontinue any program.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Enrollment and fees
Enrollment is confirmed when payment is received or an approved purchase order is issued. Fees are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Certificates
Certificates are awarded only to participants who meet the published attendance and assessment requirements. GIPMD may withdraw a certificate obtained through misrepresentation, academic misconduct or fraud. Certificates remain the property of GIPMD and must not be altered.
6. Intellectual property
All website content, course materials, logos and trademarks are owned by GIPMD or its licensors. Course materials are provided for your personal learning and may not be copied, distributed or used to deliver training without our written permission. Third-party marks, such as PMP® and PMI®, belong to their respective owners.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, infringe the rights of others or use our services for unlawful purposes.
